For the capsules :
1- Insert the capsule into your machine.
Select the “espresso” (small cup) button.
Once the water stops, press the “espresso” button again.
2- Pour the shot over a cup of hot or iced milk for a latte.
3- Enjoy your drink!
Don’t forget to flush yourcoffee machine afterwards!
For Traditional Preparation :
1- Add 1 to 2 scoops of matcha powder into a bowl using the matcha spoon.
2- Pour 70 to 80 ml of hot water at around 75 to 80°C, not boiling.
3- Whisk briskly in a zigzag motion with the bamboo whisk until smooth and lightly frothy. Enjoy immediately.
